Here's a picture of cherry blossom taken on the same date last year in Atlanta. Trees in Chicago are still stubbornly barren, which makes me wonder if Spring has eluded us?
Has Spring arrived in your part of the world yet?
Congratulations Ann!!! Beauty of a flower!! Nope no spring here today, actually it was suppose to snow today! UGGHHHHH!!!!
ReplyDeleteIt has arrived in NY in the form of a ton of RAIN. Boo Hoo.
ReplyDeleteLOL- Love your comparison of Atlanta's spring to Chicago's. Chicago is right on track- months behind the Southeast and fully expecting snow during April. We'll get there eventually!
ReplyDeleteYay Atlanta! That's where I'm from :) Congrats, Anna!
ReplyDeletelove the ball of cherry blossoms ~ kirei desu ne... Sending spring from Osaka, Japan ;p
ReplyDeleteLovely picture! We've had a teaser of spring, but now it's back to rain. Although, really, that is spring in Seattle.
ReplyDeleteCongratulations Ann. Spring is trying to make it here.
ReplyDeleteHiya gal, I wanted to drive 5 hrs to Mason to see sakura! haha but oh well...we went miami to catch summer instead!! =)
ReplyDeleteLovely cherry blossom!
ReplyDeleteStunning picture. A real worthy winner.
ReplyDeleteReminds me of a picture I saw in the london newspapers this week. The pollen from the tree lined streets in Japan looked like it was snowing.
We are going into winter now - the mornings are cold and dark - you picture is beautiful, makes me look forward to spring - only 5 months to go!
